1. OUR MISSION

1. The mission of the group of companies «Land West company» is the effective use of soil and other natural resources, their preservation, increase and improvement with the purpose of providing users with products of a high quality. Such an activity is provided by the combination of the newest agroindustrial technologies, modern management with reliable experience and wisdom of farmers and by deferential attitude toward the land and peasant labour. The former glory of Ukrainian chernozem (black soil) has been returning thankfully to the combination of the ancient experience of labour on fertile land and the newest idea, faith and care for welfare of people and public property.

2. OUR VISION

2.1. The group of companies «Land West company» is the hi-tech agroindustrial holding, which strives for being one of the best agricultural enterprises in Ukraine.

2.2. The successful agricultural farms, which have a wide experience in making independent daily decisions in providing effective production, are the basis of the group of companies "Land West Company".

2.3.The significant constituent of the cost of holding is a high-professional administrative management, oriented to dynamic development of business. The managers of the holding provide the centralized strategic planning, co-ordinating of the activities of various structural units, effective logistic and sale policy, at the same time do not hinder initiative of the executives of the company divisions.

2.4. The group of the companies «Land West company» is an innovative entity, the production and sale activity of holding are performed on the basis of modern technologies and newest achievements in science and technique.

2.5. Among the major principles of the development of holding there are the following three ones:

• authenticity (We work right here, among concrete people, for them and with them);
• being family-oriented (We were born here and we remember our family);
• fortitude (We will not give up our intentions, because we are supported by the trust of our people).

4.1. The group of the companies «Land West company» builds the relationships with its partners, representatives of public authorities on the principles of transparency, professionalism and mutual respect.

4.2. We aim to satisfy the needs of our users in ecologically safe and high-quality agricultural products. The system of the control over quality in the holding is being developed simultaneously with the growth of demands of users.

4.3. We come forward for an honest and fair competition, which stimulates the development of producers and gives a sound option to consumers.

5. THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CORPORATE MANAGEMENT

5.1. The group of companies «Land West company» carries out its management on the principles of corporate management, accepted by the Organization of Economic Collaboration and Development with the purpose of the effective use
of the holding assets, taking the interests of the wide circle of the interested persons into account.

5.2. The key principles of corporate management of the group of companies «Land West company» are:

• an assertion of rights of the investors, providing them with proper methods of registration of ownership, a possibility of alienation or assignment of corporate rights,
  a possibility of participating rights in the management of the holding and receipt of one's share of income;
• an impartial attitude toward investors, including the foreign and minority proprietors of corporate rights and lessors;
• taking into account the interests of the involved persons, in particular, local communities and bodies of local self-government;
• revelation of the information and transparency in regard to all significant matters in the performance of the holding, including the outcomes of business operations, financial state and management;
• responsibility and accountability of the administrative body of the holding to the group of companies «Land West company», its investors and lessors;
• participation of the public accountant to control financial and economic operations in the holding and organizing the internal checking system;
• activities, which are in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and acknowledged international practice of conscientious management.

6. OUR TEAM

6.1. The group of companies «Land West company» are aware that its workers are the major source of the corporate success.

6.2. The company is in charge of for all its employees. We do our best to provide our personnel with material security, establish even, just and opened relations between employees and insecure their public status.

6.3. With the purpose of encouraging the employees of the holding to be more engaged in effective activities , the transparent and competitive system of motivation ,which envisages objective estimation and reward of each member of the team, stipulates his/her contribution to a final outcome is in operation.

6.4. The group of companies «Land West company» provides the realization of a single policy of payment and motivation for all employees, creation of working environment, which are based on openness, mutual respect and assistance, which in their turn opens opportunities for every employee and the team to realize their intellectual potential.

6.5. Our employees are enabled to improve their qualification, take studies and in-plant training. We constantly perfect facilities of labour on the basis of innovations of world standard, take measures, directed to establishment of the system of Medicare for our employees, eliminate any manifestations of discrimination.

6.6. The employees of the group of companies «Land West company» build the relationships with the holding on principles of loyalty, professionalism, openness and honesty.

6.7. The administrative body and the employees of the holding must conscientiously act in the interests of the holding.

6.7. An employee of the holding operates on the principles, formulated in this Code, prevents any manifestations of corruption, conflict of the personal interests and the interests of the holding.

7. THE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY

7.1. The group of companies «Land West company» envisages the social responsibility as assistance in steady development of society on the whole and local communities in the places of realization of its economic activities specifically.

7.2. The term „social responsibility" implies a responsible attitude of the company toward the product, users, employees, partners, an active social position, which consists in a harmonious coexistence, co-operation and permanent dialogue with the society, participation in solving burning social problems.

7.3. The group of companies «Land West company» considers an introduction of advanced programs of protection of the environment, an increase of fertility of the soil resources, production of ecologically safe agricultural products, and education in the field of preserving the surrounding environment to be of great importance for the company.
